BAGELS 'N BEANS HOT PADS
In my last post I showed the pot holders that I made for my oldest son and daughter-in-law using these cute bagel and coffee bean fabrics. I decided to make some hot pads to go with them. This time I chose to quilt them with white thread on both the top and in the bobbin using a decorative stitch on my Janome (if you click on the second pic you can see it). I wanted to have the coffee bean fabric show on the top with the 'bagels' so that's what I chose for my binding. I really love how these came out so I just may have to make some for our kitchen.
