FLOWER PIN CUSHION WITH SCRAP BAG

The first time I saw the pattern for this flower pin cushion with scrap bag I fell in love with it and knew I had to make one.  The pattern is called The Abbey Bag from Abbey Lane Quilts, which I picked up in a quilt shop on one of our trips. I purchased this fabric some time ago to make fun projects for my sewing room (you can see the itty bitty twister quilt I made with some previously by clicking here).  The pattern was easy to follow (especially for someone who did very little sewing until I started quilting last January). I fussy cut one of the adorable little mice to make my covered button for the middle of the flower pin cushion and love the finished project!
