MY LOG CABIN BLOCKS CONTINUE

Just a little update on the progress of my first Log Cabin blocks.  After a round of golf, I finished adding round 2, squared them up and have cut all the strips for round 3 (shown on the upper left side)...you don't have to precut all your strips when using the CG ruler but I chose to do it to be sure I had enough fabric since I was using anything from scraps to small amounts of yardage. The bottom block is the first one I finished (couldn't wait to see what they would look like...and I love it!!!) and wanted to show it with the rest of the blocks (all 41 in the upper right) along with all those strips waiting to be stitched on.

  1. great blocks. Love the colors, my favorite colors in my favorite block. I have a king size log cabin quilt with this color scheme.
