BIRTHDAY & ANNIVERSARY CARDS FOR MAY

Well, it had to happen...birthdays and anniversaries are coming up and it was time to set aside the quilting goodies and break out the paper crafting supplies so I could get back to working with stamps, ink, paper punches etc. After finishing three cards, I realized I forgot to take a pic of one before dropping it in the mail box..oops!  Here are the other two....both are simple and easy to make. I used a pattern design paper for the flowers and added a bit of Stickles to the centers; stamped the sentiment and used a fun banner die to cut it out with my Cuttlebug and popped it up with some dimensionals. For the anniversary card I chose a glittery design paper; punched an oval shape out with my Paper Shaper punch; inked around the edges and stamped the sentiment into the open space. I printed the inside sentiments (not shown since I filled out the cards before taking pics) using Microsoft Word and my printer. Now I can get back to playing with fabrics and my sewing machine before it's time to create some cards for June....also have to get in some golf, hiking and off road adventures as well....retirement is exhausting LOL!!!
