I've decided to take part in the May For Me BINGO Celebration and hope you are all planning on joining in. It was so much fun making this Bingo card/mini quilt (I even added a hanging loop to the back to use it as a small wall hanging even after the games are over). The letters were made using my Sizzix and letter dies...after ironing them on, I just did a 'wiggle' stitch around them and stitch-in-the-ditch for quilting the blocks. The 'Free Space' was done using one of the alphabet features on my Janome. This is what each of the blocks represent:
B - Feathers, Octopus, Stars, Mouse, Snowflakes
I - Tape Measure, Lemon, Cow, Sunflowers, Pencils
N - Birds, Fire Truck, Free Space, Teddy Bears, Ladybug
G - Tractor, Watch, Crayons, Buttons, Snowman
O - Ducks, Mosaics, Cat, Flowers, Spools
You have until April 22nd to get your card finished and linked up. To find out how to make your Bingo card click here to go to Sharon's blog for her tutorial. You can read all about the May For Me fun and link up to play by clicking here to go to Marcia's blog (thanks again Marcia for sending me all those fun fabric squares...you can see them in the picture).
